Program Director/HS Head Coach

 

Coach Faulkner is currently the Head Lacrosse Coach at Milford High School entering his fourth season as head coach and his seventh overall at Milford High School. In his tenure as the Head Coach at Milford High School, Coach Faulkner has led the Buccaneers to two Southern Division titles in three years, two state tournament berths and was also named 2017 Henlopen Conference Coach of the Year. Coach Faulkner is entering his third season as head coach for 1787 Lacrosse.

 

Coach Faulkner is a product of Milford High School, where he began his playing career as an attackman for the Buccaneers. After High School, Coach Faulkner attended Eastern University and Delaware State University earning a B.S. in Mathematics Education. He is currently a Mathematics Teacher at Cape Henlopen High School.

Coach Faulkner started 1787 Lacrosse to help develop young lacrosse players and provide them with the opportunity to be exposed to lacrosse at the collegiate level and the recruiting process.
